I’ve been working with the team at the CGMHF to help them bring communication with their community online, creating their first online Donor Impact Report. Our work has continued, developing new branding for their Monthly Giving Club program and templates for social media communication.

Steam Whistle came to me to help them create a custom ordering and customer management system for their internal team. Working closely with all involved stakeholders I created a web application built with Ruby on Rails to meet all of the project requirements. With continued development, we’re working together to create a tool that makes the lives of their sales reps, marketing and creative teams easier on a day to day level.

After finalizing a brand update, Helicopters Canada needed a website to match their new look and feel. With a communication goal of featuring their flight training program, while keeping all content as accessible as possible, a customized WordPress template was created to meet all of the project requirements. Focusing on the clear delivery of content mixed with small Call to Action content blocks, the site update resulted in registrations and inquiries for their programs, discovery flights, charter service and aircraft mechanics all increasing with the brand continuing to grow today.

The internal marketing team at the CN Tower contacted me to bring consistency to their brand messaging. With an established plan in place, we worked together to create new templated designs and elevate the creative execution across multiple customer touchpoints, including: window graphics, wayfinding signage, digital kiosk screens, wall graphics and more.
